Why did you start practicing yoga? I actually started practicing on a whim. One day, I just randomly decided I wanted to give yoga a try and sent out the message to friends on FB. A few days later I walked into a yoga class and I have been hooked ever since. It has been one of the best choices I have ever made for my health and well-being.
Describe what students can expect when they come to your classes? They can expect to have fun while gaining strength and peace within. I want students to know that they are in a safe place to feel comfortable with themselves and their bodies.
What’s your style? My style is still evolving, but it is definitely focused on strength and flexibility. The two go hand in hand. Each needs the other to maintain balance in all aspects of life.
