Hi, I’m Becca!
My professional background is in exercise science and kinesiology. I have been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for the last 10 years and meeting people through movement is a blessing I don’t take for granted. I enjoy being outdoors, CrossFit, and reading a good book. Aside from my personal passion for exercise, sharing the health benefits of movement with others is much more rewarding. Being a health coach and fitness instructor gives me the opportunity to work with individuals and groups on a daily basis to help others celebrate and appreciate how much fun movement can be and how amazing our bodies are!
