I have three children who keep me very busy!! We live in beautiful colorful Colorado and love every minute. Being in the fitness industry now for over ten years, I have come to learn and teach many different types of classes and formats. I believe this has made me very well rounded, and with my outgoing personality, I have found great success. I hold several certifications such as AFAA group exercise, ACE personal trainer, and Zumba. However, I teach many types of formats and can usually make any type of class work.
