- I am a fitness lover who is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. I believe all shapes and sizes can achieve their fitness goals and have fun while doing it! Dance fitness has been a daily part of my routine for the last 10 years, and it's just the beginning! Being active is important to my family as well, so you will most likely find us playing on the beach, reaching for a volleyball or even hopping in the pool. Since I work as a technical specialist it is important to me to stay healthy and active outside of this job. Zumba Fitness has provided the perfect opportunity to do just that!
