DeAnna Bay

Hello! My name is DeAnna and I have been practicing yoga for about 10 years and I became certified as a yoga teacher in 2018! Since I have been certified, I have taught yoga to a wide variety of age group and abilities from children to senior citizens and from chair yoga to fitness yoga! I am also a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and I love being able to adapt the yoga practice to whichever group is currently practicing!
