Hello! I am Alli, mom of 3 girls, ages 12, 6 & 2. I began practicing yoga when I was pregnant with my 1st daughter and fell in love with it. I have been teaching since 2013. I love gardening, walking my dog, kayaking and cycling or anything outside. I am currently in school through AFPA for my Holistic Nutritionistand Health & Welllness coaching certification.
