Ivanna Kokriatskaia

My name is Ivanna Kokriatskaia. From 1999 until 2017 I was working as an IT professional in a major bank. I started practicing Bikram yoga in 2015 and found a passion for the practice. In 2017 there were few significant events in my husband's and mine personal lives that forced us to re-examine our lives and values. Both of us have decided to quit our corporate jobs and I have embarked on a path to become a yoga teacher. Since then, I have completed 200 and 300 hr yoga teacher trainings in Virginia. I have also traveled to India to study with a yoga guru there. In addition to yoga, I am also a certified Nidra (restorative and meditation practice) instructor.

Our other passion is traveling and we have visited 12 countries over the past 4 years. 

Combining the 2 passions - teaching yoga as well as traveling is a dream come true!
