I am from Sweden and grew up there, in Tanzania, and i Vietnam. I have moved around quite a lot also during my adult life, and love meeting new people and seeing new places. Throughout my life, nature, animals, and yoga have had a central role. I was first introduced to yoga in my early teenage years when I struggled with mental health, and since then I have always returned to yoga when things have felt difficult. A few years ago I started to integrate yoga more seriously into my daily life, feeling the power of yoga both in terms of strengthening myself physically but also, perhaps even more important, mentally and emotionally. In my free time I am often outdoors, hiking, practicing yoga, cuddling with my cat, reading a good book, or enojying interesting conversations with friends (old or new). Currently, I work as a wildlife conservation researcher and on the side I teach yoga. This is a perfect balance for me and I am lucky enough to have my days filled with nature, animals, and yoga.
