Jessica Mesias

I am Puerto Rican but was raised in Merida, Yucatán, Mexico due to having missionary parents. We moved to the US when I was 11 and have been here ever since. I studied Sociology and Criminal Justice at the University of Arkansas and after receiving my degrees worked in children and family services. After a couple of years I realized I was happier in a gym environment so I became a fitness instructor in 2010 and never looked back!
