I fell in love with yoga at a young age because it made me feel as though I were connecting with something more than myself. Through life’s ups and downs, I felt lost. I was constantly searching for something… more. Even though I didn’t know what that meant exactly.
The beauty of yoga is that it helps guide me to my true path, to what I feel I need. Each day, I feel myself getting closer to my goals, my internal desires and own place of enlightenment. It is a journey of self-discovery and the only method that I’ve found useful in progressing myself further. I still have an unwavering desire to seek and explore, to find something that fills this “void” inside me, and when I practice yoga I feel myself connecting with that purpose and reaching that fulfillment.
Yoga is a constant reminder to let go of things that do not serve you. By doing so, you can feel a great release of stress, undesirable thoughts, bad habits and gain a clear mind while working on improving your health, balance (internal and physical) and reach your own destiny. This journey is yours. I am just a guide to push you in the right direction.
