Julie Albert

Julie is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor e-RYT200, Holistic Health Coach, Massage Therapist, Reiki practitioner and ThetaHealing practitioner.  She has a well rounded understanding of how to incorporate natural healing through self care into one’s lifestyle.  Julie started practicing yoga while recovering from a hip injury and found a steady hot yoga practice that was challenging yet relaxing, joyful, and meditative at the same time.  This is where her love for yoga truly began.  Julie teaches vinyasa, gentle, and restorative yoga.  She infuses all classes with sound healing elements, whether it be the use of crystal bowls or chanting mantras. She has a great sense of humor and it reflects in her classes which are always playful and fun.  They are great for people who like to stay active no matter what age.You will walk away feeling balanced in mind, body and spirit.
