Ariel Castaneda

Hello, my name is Ariel Castaneda. I grew up in Sugar Land, TX and currently have been living in College Station, TX since 2016. I am a wife and proud girl mom. I have a passion for fitness, traveling, and food- my three favorite things aside from my family. Even though I work full-time, I love to do CrossFit workouts, Yoga, walking, tennis, volleyball, pretty much anything active. There has not been a workout I have done that I have not liked in some way. I love to live a healthy and active lifestyle and wish to help others do the same. Fitness should be fun and something everyone can enjoy!
