I am a certified 200 hour Yoga Instructor and am registered on Yoga Alliance. I am passionate about spreading the knowledge and love I have gained over the last 8 years. I am targeting students of all ages incorporating classes of neck exercise, eye exercises, breathing and asanas as well.
