Griffin Maloon

One of the most important keys to finding success is adaptability. In my professional career I have been able to excel in a plethora of different fields from hospitality, to management, and ultimately health & fitness. What ultimately led to my choice to pursue a career in Exercise Physiology is that I've had a well-rounded working portfolio that is not just limited to the field of Kinesiology. My ability to adapt to different career paths throughout my life has given me a different perspective at each stop. While working in the hospitality industry I learned techniques in sales and customer service. My time as a manager at a Warehouse taught me leadership and conflict resolution. The combination of the skills I have learned throughout my working career with the knowledge I gained from a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology has prepared me for a career in the health and rehabilitation field. Although this is my goal, I would welcome to the opportunity in almost any field. The challenge of diving into a new career field is one I have always welcomed.
