Vashti Londono

Vashti (Vel) is a graduate of Texas State University with a BAAS in Occupational Education. She found her passion for Zumba after going through a divorce in 2009. She quickly fell in love with positive mental and physical effects of this dance fitness format. As a result, she became licensed to teach in 2013 and has been teaching for the last 8 years. When she is not encouraging her group fitness classes to “shake what your mama gave ya”, she runs her own commercial services business. She is also the co-founder of the the LIFE Project, a non-profit day program for adults with special needs. Vashti currently resides in Pflugerville, Texas with her daughter. She loves trying new recipes, entertaining family and friends, as well as traveling as often as possible.
