Rachel Brown

I started yoga as a way to move my body which would be less intense than running.  Yoga helped me rebuild confidence in what my body can do.  My teaching style is primarily Vinyassa but I like to incorporate core and arm strengthening into the practice.  I am also comfortable leading restorative (yin) practices as well as meditation.  I am a high school teacher but when school is not is session, I am a paddle board (SUP) instructor leading groups on local lakes and rivers in paddling for fitness and SUP yoga.  I have also taught Yoga and SUP Yoga indoors at the local YMCA.
