Hi! My name is Meaghan Clark and I'm 27-years-old. I was born in Ogden, Utah but moved across 12 states throughout my childhood due to my father's military status. I completed high school in Idaho, an undergraduate degree in Biology in Nebraska, and am currently in medical school.
Yoga has only been part of my life for a short time. However, I believe yoga finds people when they need it most in their own life. I quickly found a passion that brought balance, strength, and stability into my life. It has helped nurture body, mind, and spirit while simultaneously fighting medical school burnout. I have experienced the profound personal impact yoga can have. I hope to be able to share this practice with as many people as possible.
I completed my RYT-200 hour certification in 2021 with an emphasis on Vinyasa style yoga. I enjoy teaching a fun, energetic class to people of all fitness levels. I love teaching students what their bodies are capable of, even if the mind disagrees. My unique background in medicine helps me guide students into postures safely while also considering chronic medical conditions or previous sports injuries.
