I was a software engineer for 11 years and found I had a bigger passion and calling for fitness. I LOVE to hit the gym, mainly to weight train, but make sure to get my cardio and HIIT sessions in. My goals are to travel the world with clients and train them every day to get as strong, if not stronger than myself, all while lifting with correct form/posture to stay safe. I started lifting when I was 24, and quickly saw results with the work I put in.

I'm very personable and consider myself an outgoing introvert.

Bench: 350lbs

Deadlift: 575lbs

Dumbbells shoulder press: 130lbs (each hand)

Squat: 485lbs x 3reps

I enjoy longboarding in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter. I've done a bunch of indoor rock climbing, love to swim, ride bikes, hike, box, and a variety of most physical activity.
