Megan loves barre and Pilates for many reasons but mostly for the way its made her feel stronger, both inside and out.   She took her 1st class 8 weeks after giving birth looking for what most women are looking for when they 1st come to class. She wanted to find a form of movement that felt good in her body, where she didn’t watch the clock and something where she could see results. She found all of those things and so much more. Barre and Pilates built strength in her body, peace in her mind, tone in her muscles and confidence in her abilities. She became an instructor and eventually started a studio to share all of these gifts with others. She’s a wife, a mother of boys, a yogi, design lover and a champagne drinker.
