Rachel’s love for fitness developed on the Basketball court, which makes her a go-to for overall body conditioning. She understands how the benefits of dedicated training can have on one’s health, functionality, physique, and mentality. At the end of her collegiate career, Rachel easily made the transition to personal training. Because she lived it, she recognizes that a well-rounded fitness routine can lead to weight loss, pain reduction, and an overall healthy and happy life. Rachel awakens her client’s inner athlete through uplifting progressive movements based on the client’s individual needs and goals.
