Melanie Sartori is a highly competent and enthusiastic instructor with a proven ability to help people feel better.
A fitness instructor and trainer for 10 years, Melanie taught classes at health clubs, private studios, senior centers, churches, community centers, camps, Boy’s & Girl’s Clubs, and YMCA’s.
Launching her own virtual studio, The Melanie Room, during the Covid pandemic, She has continued to teach:
- Strength Stretch & Balance classes
- Pilates
- Chair Pilates
- Zumba®
Chair Zumba®- & Balletone by Barre Above®.
These are primarily dance-based classes because dancing is her joy!

Melanie is also a member of ZSTAS Traveling Zumba® Tribe; A trio of Zumba sisters bringing the phenomenal Dance fitness workout to parties everywhere.
While dancing is her joy, working with Active Older Adults and Special Populations is her PASSION. Assisting those who are living with Parkinson’s Disease; and those living through, or beyond cancer to strengthen their spirit, mind and body. She also works with older adults who are new to exercise to stay healthy and strong so that they can continue to enjoy their families and activities that they love.
