I've been an active professional, manager and fitness consultant in the Health & Fitness Industry for over 20 years. I am a wife and mother of 2 children. I worked for large fitness clubs for 10yrs as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Manager & Instructor as well as Pilates Coordinator. I have enjoyed teaching all forms of fitness & consider myself a jack of all traits as I can teach anything from Aqua, Yoga, Pilates to Spin, Weight Training & yes even Pole Dancing & Aerial Fitness. I opened my pole dancing fitness studios over 12yrs ago and made it through a recession and now a pandemic where I continue to thrive & spread my knowledge for healthy living through alternative fitness options along with traditional programs. As I pursued my pole fitness journey by learning from dance competitors, classes, national fitness conventions, and self taught practice I immediately saw how my experience with yoga, pilates, and fitness classes translated into one workout on the pole. I wanted to use my background to teach safe and effective pole fitness to others. As I trained my clients in all forms of fitness I saw the opportunity and need to share my passion and experience with others to help them create the body and regain the confidence they deserve.
