Katie started her own personal journey to better health over 6 years ago. As a busy mom chasing 3 littles, she realized the importance of prioritizing time for herself and the positive impact it had on her mental and physical well being. With a focus on healthy eating, exercise and quality sleep, she drew inspiration from fitness professionals at her local gym. She decided it was time for a career change, and in 2016 received her AFAA Primary Group Exercise Certification and then 3 years later, her NASM Personal Trainer Certification. She hopes to lead by example while empowering clients to tackle their own health and fitness goals. Her commitment is to deliver members a thoughtful and tailored experience so they walk away proud, energized and committed to continue on their fitness journey!
