Jenna Howard-Delman is an enthusiastic fitness instructor with the passion and broadness in background to give clients invigorating and varied workouts that will help them to safely meet their fitness goals. She combines her strong dance background and training in many forms of movement with her experience teaching all sorts of workouts from Barre, Pilates, and stretching to strength training, HIIT, and core. She most enjoys helping clients find the joy of exercise, good form, and a mind body connection.
