Jenny Kaiser

Motivated and influenced by my teachers, peers and environment, I aim to bring a sense of empowerment to each of my classes.  With intention, meditation, pranayama and asana my primary goal is to have my students feeling refreshed and renewed at the end of each class. 

I believe that the best teachers are forever students who continue to refine their own practice and teachings to their students.  I have attended numerous workshops and classes with world renowned teachers in order to expand my knowledge and serve the community the better.
