Ashlee fell in love with fitness in college when she was gifted work study with the head Athletic trainer at the time. After being introduced to weight lifting, dance, mobility and flexibility classes she was hooked and never looked back.
Ashlee teaches pole fitness levels 1-5 static and spin, HIIT, pilates based classes, Flexibility, Rehab, Yoga and Aerial choreography, classes to name a few. Her mission is to help everyone fall in love with themselves, fitness and to do cool stuff!
