Philip Gallo

Hi my name is Phil Gallo, I am the proud owner of Acu-Fit Inc. The youngest of five siblings, growing up in San Diego, (Encinitas), CA. my health and fitness career began as a competitive athlete as a surfer, in football and soccer.

Married to a fantastic woman for almost 10 years, who I've known all my life, never dated although knew from an inner circle of close friends. Angie is a business owner of her own with "Bizzy Bee Bookkeeping!" I'm a step father to her daughter Keir who is married with two gorgeous children of her own making me a grandfather (Pappa) to Malia Sadie age five and Henry Dean age three. 

It wasn't until I moved to Los Angeles in 1993 that I found my calling helping others achieve optimal health. 

I followed the concept that, “Methods are many, principals are few, methods can change principals never do.” - Alwyne Cosgrove. With that, I believe our health is our most valuable asset, and well-­‐being is our ultimate achievement. Personal health and wellbeing goals require trust between patient and practitioner, client and provider. I am dedicated to developing this kind of deep trust with my clientele by serving their total health needs through individually tailored acupuncture health and fitness programs and the modalities therein. I hold this trust in the highest regard comparable only to the respect and care each individual desire for themselves.
