Stephanie was initially drawn to yoga as a new form of exercise after an injury, and several classes in, her life was forever changed. After a lifetime of struggling with anxiety, Stephanie never realized she could find so much relief through movement, breath work, and meditation. She felt the call to share this practice with others and in 2018, she completed her 200-RYT at Tosa Yoga Center in Wauwatosa, WI, under Melanie Landgraf and Jessica Davies. Stephanie has taught for 4 years at various athletic clubs, yoga studios, and private group classes. Stephanie is a full-time music teacher during the school year and loves to travel during the summer. She is thrilled to be able to combine her passions of travel and sharing yoga with you!
