Courtney Relyea-Spivack

Hey! Whats Up? Hello! I'm Courtney. I am an artist, an empath,
and a yogi. This past year, I completed a 20 hour Certification in
Yoga Anatomy & Medicine, as well as my 200 Hour Vinyasa
Yoga Certification through the studio that started it all for me,
Vibe Yoga based in Bloomington, Indiana. I became an instructor
because I want to provide yoga that is real, accessible, and
grounding for whoever you are, wherever you are, whatever you
look like.
