A Zumba®️instructor whose positive high energy motivates others to increase their workout intensity.  Also as a holistic health coach she helps people to transform habits so they can live a healthy lifestyle, while continuing to educate herself about nutrition and exercise. With more than 20 years as a certified Sign Language interpreter, she is an expert in visual cueing and has gained years of experience communicating with people of various backgrounds, nationalities, and disabilities. With this experience, she easily makes connections and builds community with the people she serves.
