Julie believes yoga is truly a game changer and often says she wishes she had started her journey sooner. With over twenty years of personal practice and seven years of teaching experience, she encourages others to begin now and discover the balance of body and mind that yoga offers. Trained in Ashtanga yoga and holding a 300-hour yoga certification, Julie has shared her passion by teaching in schools, senior centers, and private studios, as well as leading classes while traveling abroad. As a Reiki Master, she brings a unique blend of energy healing and mindful movement into her teaching, creating a holistic experience for her students.
