Erin is a passionate yoga instructor and fitness enthusiast who shows that yoga is for EVERYONE through her classes that are approachable and fun. As an endurance athlete, she knows firsthand the importance of yoga in one's overall fitness and how it can help individuals gain both physical and mental strength. Erin encourages her students to try new poses and explore what they are capable of in a safe space. You will consistently have a chance to tune in to your own body during her classes and take away whatever it is you need from a yoga sesh -- whether that be relaxation, a good deep stretch, or a more intense workout.
