I began my fitness career over twenty years ago as a fitness instructor at Simon Fraser University.  I believe my strengths are motivating my clients to do their very best and educating them on the benefits that flow from making fitness a regular part of their lives.  I enjoy teaching a variety of classes such as cycle/strength, cycle, body shred, bootcamp and strength.  In addition to teaching classes, I am also a personal trainer and have been personal training for over fifteen years.  I have a studio in my house where I train my client's.  

 

Working out is my passion and I feel extremely fortunate that my career provides me with the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of my clients.  Fitness does have a way of lifting the spirit and nurturing the soul.
