Charmel Joiner

Charmel Joiner is originally from Ohio. as has been a certified Water safety instructor for over ten years. She has facilitated aqua aerobic classes for several institutionsand has tuaght dance and presented dance workshops at several conferences in the US and at The University of Zululand in South Africa. Charmel joiner continues teaching others how to become effective grpoup exercise instructors and encourages students to become healthy for life.
