Tracey is a high energy fitness professional whose go hard or go home philosophy translates into challenging and dynamic workouts in the studio. Tracey's career started in group fitness at large commercial gyms, teaching strength, cardio and cycle. She discovered her love of fitness growing up through athletics, strength and conditioning training, and competitive dance team - which means her playlists are as killer as her workouts! Tracey’s philosophy focuses on the importance of bringing grit, tenacity and consistency to every workout. Her classes are designed to encourage you to push past the point of what you believe you can achieve. When she’s not in the studio, Tracey works as Chief of Staff for a tech company and travels the world with her fiancée Brent.
