Lisa Taylor

I have been teaching yoga since the completion of my first certification in 2001. I have well over 1000 hrs of formal study in yoga alone and over 5000 hours of classroom time. I am experienced in both individual and group instruction. I also assist some of my teachers in their nationally held workshops and trainings. I have appeared in a video for Baron Baptiste with the Yoga Journal as well as the soon to be nationally released video for The Barkan Method. After five years of intense pilates instruction I am working on completion of my certification with Ramana Kryznowski and True Pilates New York. I am able to instruct both group and private lessons.
