I am a self-described wellness enthusiast and have been active all my life! I love to travel and am excited to create a connection between traveling and teaching. I have taught and been involved in group fitness for many years and more recently obtained my RYT 200 hour certification through Yoga Alliance along with 30 CEU's in Hot/Bikram style Yoga. I have also previously taught step aerobics, strength training and kickboxing classes over the years and love to try anything new in the fitness world!
When I am not teaching or practicing yoga, I work full time and have two boys, a husband, dog and busy life! I love sharing my knowledge and experiences with others, so that we all can live our best life! Good vibes only! ~Beth
