Born and raised in LA, California in the heart of San Fernando Valley. Yoga wasn’t something very common or heard of, it was quite taboo for some people. Luckily in 2012 I found yoga, or it found me, and I fell in love.
I was just starting college and had a part time job so couldn’t really afford going to a studio and started practicing at home. I was in love and sharing my practice online, I began to get asked by others to show them and I was more than happy to. In 2016 I finally saved enough money and took my first training, 200 hours in CYT Yoga Study. I’ve continued teaching and continue to learn now with 500+hours of trainings and continued education.
I’m passionate about my yoga practice and helping others thrive in life with yoga. Being a guide to help nourish their mind, body, and soul through the practice. I love to get creative in class by incorporating different styles of movement, sound healing, breathe work, and aromatherapy. Focusing on breath, alignment, and modifications to allow students to enjoy the asanas while staying safe.
Yoga has become a big part of my life, both on and off the mat. Inspiring me to be more mindful and live in the moment. On my free time I love to spend time with family and friends, hike with my dog, aerial, go to the beach, watch movies, do my hair and makeup. But at the end of the day being able to share my practice and inspire other yogis is one of my greatest joys.
