During my teachings, I use positive affirmative cues, guide students through meditative poses, and hope to increase awareness around subtle energies.
I am thankful for 15 + years of personal study and practice. My favorite healing modalities are vinyasa flow, yin yoga, sound healing, and guided meditations.
