My fitness journey started very young. At the age of three, my mother enrolled me in my first ballet class, in Shrewsbury, NJ. By 16 I was attending numerous classes a week, competing in Atlantic City National Finals, performing in such locations including: Disney, Hershey Park, and Count Basie Theater, along with teaching prospective students. After extensive ballet training, I found my calling for Lyrical Dance, characterized by fluidity and grace, with the dancer flowing from one move to another.
Looking to rebuild and regain strength and confidence after struggles with a thyroid illness, I started practicing Yoga, regularly, in March of 2019. It wasn’t long before I fell in love with the mindfulness and movements, that brought me to enroll in the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, at Tula Yoga, where I graduated from in January of 2020.
My mission is to help others create their own balance, of movement and mindfulness.
