My goal is to help you sow the seeds to cultivate a lifetime of wellness--to help your body and mind connect. I use my fitness background and incorporate a variety of traditional yogic practices in movement, breath, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga.
A Virginia native and proud East Coaster, I have been practicing yoga for over a decade. I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist, RYT-500, Reiki Master, and have a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from Longwood University.
I have worked with countless individuals throughout their lifecycle including Professional and Division I Athletes, parents, children and everyone in between looking to cultivate wellness in their life, one on one or in group settings.
Based in Charlotte, NC I teach fitness and yoga throughout the lifecycle, lead a plant based sustainable lifestyle and strive to cultivate wellness within myself and to help others do the same.
I currently teach 8 Alignment based yoga classes a week between the US National Whitewater Center, The YMCA, Pranayama House, various city parks and luxury apartment buildings in Charlotte, NC.
I have been teaching at various studios in Charlotte, NC since 2020. Before that you could find me on court as the MC at sporting events or in the weight room as a Division I Strength and Conditioning Coach in Virginia.
With my Strength and Conditioning background and extensive knowledge of the Human Body and Yoga I teach an Alignment Based Vinyasa where we take our time getting into the postures then move forward creating a flow linking the breath with the movement. I also teach Yoga For Athletes, my proven method to help athletes stay in their best shape on and off the playing surface.
