Kendra Babbey

Kendra completed her 200hr Global Breath Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 and continues to learn from her own daily practice. She enjoys sharing a slower paced practice focusing on relaxation and ease in the postures. Listening and allowing the body to teach and guide. She believes yoga is for all. 

Kendra came to yoga after allowing herself some time to slow down and heal. As an endurance athlete she tends to be on the go. At first, yoga was challenging but over time she  began to find the mind-body connection. Yoga has strengthened her mentally, physically and spiritually.
