My passion for fitness has a long history. I have been an avid participant in group fitness classes since more than 20 years. In addition to group fitness (high/low, step classes, Body Sculpt, Tabata, HIIT, Functional Workouts) I enjoyed spinning immensely. Music and dance is also my passion. I have a large music selection ranging from pop, electro, house, jazz, latin, bollywood, arabic. I use it to create my workout routines.
Around 2018. I started to realize that I had an interest in giving classes instead of taking them and that I could create an exhilarating experience for the participants and could not wait to get started. I looked into how to become an instructor. Took the course and then started giving classes as a volunteer at the gym at my work place. Thereafter, I received my certification as Group Fitness Instructor. I was anxious to continue the classes at my work gym, but COVID put a halt to that. I already had a Facebook page so started giving classes in my basement to a group of friends and family online. It became routine for the next two years. It was a hit. My routines have improved immensely due to that experience. My home gym has allowed me to have a gym at my fingertip. I workout everyday. I have become so much fitter and the best I have ever been.
