Ambar Hammack

Ambar Hammack is a Certified Health Coach, Happy for No Reason Certified Trainer, and 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She and her husband, Cody Hammack, established AMCO BARDY LLC. with the mission of developing healthy leaders who want to make a positive difference, beginning with themselves, working from the inside out. Both Ambar and Cody have a passion for health, and love uniquely intertwining their holistic health approach with leadership, and sharing that with others. They love to travel and hope to create a ripple effect that positively impacts the world.
