Kaylee is an avid fitness lover who has been working in a gym environment since 2007. As a former gymnast, she became passionate about finding ways to functionally train the body and fell in love with pilates in the process! She began teaching group fitness in 2016 and quickly added a variety of formats including barre, HIIT, barbell conditioning, stretch, and yoga to her practice. She believes that fitness should be FUN, and is known for delivering a high energy workout that leaves all participants challenged yet successful. Currently Kaylee works as a Training Coordinator for a chain of boutique fitness studios in DFW Texas. She manages 4 studios, teaches group classes, offers personal training, and teaches workshops across the metroplex. When she isn't teaching, she can be found performing aerial acts in a local circus or spending time playing with her daughter!
