Sejal Grizzetti

Sejal has always lived a very active lifestyle. She played multiple sports, including varsity soccer through high school and now attends The Ohio State University pursuing a degree in Health Sciences. Sejal began her fitness journey at a studio in New Jersey at the Front Desk. She went on to complete her fitness certifications and now holds her AFAA group fitness certificate, RealRyder, and Halo certifications, as well as completed multiple workshops through her studio at home. Sejal is passionate, determined and on her way to becoming a certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. She is excited to be committed to lifelong learning in the fitness field and all the future holds!
