I am a yoga instructor, mother, bilingual, and an elite ultramarathon runner. I believe in creating a holistic practice for my students by uniting mind and body. Addressing mental and physical health in every practice will translate to a successful life off the mat. I am versatile, good with people of all ages and abilities, and am able to adapt to whatever environment I am put in.
