hi im krystal !

I was certified in first 200 hr teacher training back in 2019. Since, i have been looking for an opportunity to share and teach everything im continuolsly learing. i have studied and have been certified an additional 300 hr through online teaching with all 500 registered through yoga alliance. i do my best to balance my practice and being a single mom of 4 kids. My mission is to help guide other women to reconnect and align with infinite intelligence so that thay may experience the fruits of the spirit illuminating their true essence of being. my goal is to create an online business with live classes, courses, retreats and workshops and more tht are approved by yoga alliance and benefit every student that participates any services offered.
