I hold a 200 hour yoga instructor's certification and teach reformer Pilates. My yoga teacher experience has been a big proponent to my business, SimplyMTB where I teach people how to mountain bike through learning how to connect mind and body with awareness, mindfulness and presence. SimplyMTB has been going strong since 2017 and I have personally taught more than 1000 students how to mountain bike or improve the skills they already have. Yoga and meditation are part of my daily practice as well.
