- I have been teaching fitness classes for over 25 years. I have received certifications in yoga, pilates, Zumba, Aqua Fitness, Nightclub Cardio and Turbokick. I am also skilled in teaching boot camp, interval training and muscle conditioning formats. I currently teach 12 classes per week at LA Fitness locations in the Houston area. Fitness is a big part of my life, I thoroughly enjoy sharing this part of my life with others.
